Self-paced seminars are six-week seminars offering students the most flexibility to login at your convenience and learn content at your pace.
Self-paced classes can be started anytime and completed at your own pace within 10 weeks. This option is entirely independent, with no interaction with other students.
Paced classes have weekly due dates built into the course structure, giving you 8 days to complete each lesson before moving on to the next module. Interaction and support from the instructor and other students are available through discussion forums. Browse our list of classes.

Orientation occurs a week before the class begins. Log in as soon as possible to access the Orientation Module. Review the Orientation pages in the LESSONS section and familiarize yourself with the classroom features by exploring all available resources.
Locate your class syllabus within your course materials by clicking on Critical Course Information under General Course Information.

PAYMENT FAQS

Refund requests for all courses must be made by the end of the 2nd week of class for self-paced courses, or by the end of the 2nd module, whichever occurs first.
The HR department or designated representative may use the Company PayPal account or credit card.
CURRENT STUDENT FAQ
You can access the course from any computer with an internet connection, even while traveling.
Communication is essential. Once you’re aware of any schedule conflicts, notify your instructor about the days you will be away.
Contact us so our administration office can provide any necessary documentation, such as discussion questions or quiz questions, to help you stay on track.
If you will be without internet connection, request your instructor to send the discussion questions, reading assignment, and any homework to you so you can complete the work in a timely manner. If possible, complete your work before you leave or as soon as you return.
Class access ends when grades are submitted at the end of the term.
Late assignments may incur a small grading penalty. Communicate your needs to your instructor so he or she can work with you for the best possible outcome.

You must earn a grade of C or higher in certificate program classes.
For access to your Certificate of Completion, you need to pass the class with a grade of D or better.
If this occurs, please email the instructor to explain the situation. The quiz can be reset for another attempt.
You can access your course materials for up to 7 days after the class concludes. Be sure to use this time to save and print your Certificate of Completion.
Record keeping
You can print your Certificate of Completion during the 11th week of class access. Class access will end 7 days after the last week of class. You will need to wait until your final assignment is graded before printing the Certificate of Completion.
